The Niceville Fire Department is asking the community to help shape its future through its first-ever Strategic Plan Survey. Feedback will guide the department’s priorities and services over the next three to five years.
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes and invites residents, businesses and partnering agencies to share their experiences, priorities and expectations.
“This is an important first step as we look toward the future, and we want to hear from the people we serve,” said Niceville Fire Chief Alex Kukulus.
Responses will help the department understand community needs, identify strengths and find opportunities to improve. Participants are encouraged to share the survey with others who live or work in Niceville. Responses are anonymous unless participants choose to provide contact information.
