Bring your appetite—and the whole family—to the ECAR Foundation’s sixth annual Barbecue Cook-Off on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, beginning at 11 a.m. at 3rd Planet Brewing, 1400 E. John Sims Parkway, Niceville.
Hosted by the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® Foundation, the event benefits Twin Cities Pavilion and Crestview Manor. Enjoy barbecue, music, cold drinks and family-friendly fun while sampling entries from local grillers and competition teams. Cast your votes to help crown the People’s Choice winner!
Adult tasting tickets are $35 and include three voting tickets and two drink tickets. Tickets for children ages 12 and under are $12 and include one voting ticket. Advance purchase is encouraged to skip the line.
Ready to compete? Grillers of all skill levels are welcome. Registration is $35 and includes a dedicated table, two drink tickets, serving supplies and electricity upon request.
Local businesses can also get involved through sponsorships supporting everything from entertainment and prizes to children’s crafts and event supplies, with promotional recognition opportunities available.
