Leadership Okaloosa applications are now available. This nine-month experience is designed to enhance the participant’s leadership skills and provide community awareness. Participants receive classroom training by certified instructors and are given opportunities to interact with various key community leaders. The Walton Area Chamber of Commerce is taking applications for the 2022-2023 Leadership Walton Class online until Sept. 1. Leadership Walton is for those who have achieved leadership positions in their fields and are likely to be tapped for greater community responsibility. The cost is $1,500 for employees of Walton Area Chamber member businesses or $1,775 for future Chamber member businesses.
